Welcome to FIELDLOOSE (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fieldloose.com (the “Site”) and any products purchased through it, including the slingshot bracelet. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1.1 Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess a slingshot-type device in your jurisdiction.

1.2 Product Nature & Assumption of Risk

The Fieldloose slingshot bracelet is a functional slingshot device. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

You will use the product responsibly, in accordance with the included safety instructions, and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

FIELDLOOSE is not liable for injury, damage, or legal consequences resulting from misuse, modification, or unlawful use of the productIt is your sole responsibility to determine whether purchase, possession, and use of this product is legal in your city, state, or country prior to ordering

1.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIELDLOOSE and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.

1.4 Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, images, and specifications. Because our products (particularly custom-embossed items) are handmade, slight variations in leather grain, tubing color, and embossing depth should be expected and are not considered defects.

1.5 Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the FIELDLOOSE name, logo, product name, photography, and copy — is the property of FIELDLOOSE and protected by applicable trademark and copyright law. It may not be reproduced without written permission.

1.6 Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

1.7 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to

conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Howard County Maryland.

1.8 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
